The three brothers learn that the human experiment that was forbidden after destroying the "Orochi" is still being carried out in order to surreptitiously resurrect the terrible serpent. They also discover that certain ex-members of the Yamainu (the Japanese military force designed to destroy the snake) are involved in this plot. In a confrontation against the military, the brothers fight together once more.
