Yukinari, who is little for his age, has been tormented and abused by girls his whole life. Now in high school, he has developed a strange disease in which he breaks out in hives anytime girls touch him or even approach close to him. Imagine his amazement when he is unexpectedly taken to the city of Seiren on a mystical realm invisibly circling the Earth, populated by a large number of women and relatively few males. Fortunately, he has a new buddy, Miharu-chan, whose touch has no effect on him.
