The following changes have been made to the new edit version of Psycho Pass: Themes for the Beginning and Ending have been reanimated. Minor scenes are added. These are often put midway through the programs to provide for a smoother transition between the two previous episodes. Reworked animation of specific scenes (and some additional CGI in places) In several scenes, the music changes. The general consensus appears to be that the re-cut version has less effect and the pace is askew, and that if you've watched the original 22-episode version, you don't need to watch the re-cut version.
